She built a highly successful early career in the beauty and wellness industry, working as a licensed esthetician at the prestigious Equinox Fitness Club and as a dedicated beauty consultant for Mary Kay. Although her parents eventually rallied behind her career choice in full support, Rachel always knew deep down that her truest passion was designing living spaces, not just skincare regimens.
2015: The Turning Point
Life has a way of violently putting things into perspective. In 2015, Rachel suffered a devastating loss when her father, Robert, passed away. Losing the man who had first recognized and nurtured her design talents was a massive wake-up call.
Realizing that life is too short to not follow your deepest passions, Rachel made a monumental pivot. She left New York, moved down to Delaware, and officially committed to her lifelong dream: launching her own professional home staging business.

Her Irish-American heritage and love for different cultures make her a passionate global traveler, gathering design ideas, color palettes, and textiles from her trips to Ireland, Greece, Mexico, Eygpt, Canada, and Dubai. Back home, she loves nothing more than unwinding with a great movie and an excellent music playlist.
Above all, Rachel remains deeply family-oriented. She continues to share a close, fun-loving relationship with her mother, and while she takes immense pride in the thriving, independent business she has built, she looks forward to eventually having children and starting a family of her own.
